Terms of Service
Please note that by making a payment and engaging Visacorp to provide you with an immigration assessment or advice / assistance, you are confirming that you understand and agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
1. Provision of services Upon receipt of payment
Visacorp shall send you a consultation booking confirmation via e-mail and at that stage your consultation is permanent. We do not accept consultation booking cancellations after payment is finalised, only unless a migration agent is not available to provide your consultation / immigration assessment within 7 working days. This 7 day period excludes public holidays.
2. Limitations to provision of service
The exact timing of your consultation after purchase is based on numbers of consultations purchased at that particular point in time. Each person will be notified about the expected timeframe for the turnaround of their immigration assessment at least 72 hours after the time of purchase. Immigraiton assessment turnaround is subject to change but will not exceed 7 working days.
3. REFUND POLICY & OTHER FEES PAYABLE
No refunds for people who do not participate in their consultation / immigration assessment within the first 7 days for whatever reason. No refunds for a cancellation because of a change of mind after purchase. No transferring to another date or time (outside the 7 days after purchase) for an immigration consultation or cancellation without $33 administration fee, and subject to Visacorp discretion.
Visacorp expressly disclaims all and any liability to any person in respect of anything and of the consequences of anything, done or omitted to be done by any person in reliance, whether wholly or partially, on the whole or any part of the contents of answers or other services provided by Visacorp, unless a Visacorp migraiton agent is personally handing the immigration matter after this assessment (client has signed a client agreement and paid fees for Visacorp to carry out a visa application).
5. IMPLIED TERMS & LIMITATIONS
To the extent permitted by law, Visacorp specifically disclaims all warranties whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise relating in any way to this Agreement, including, without limitation, any warranty that the Services provided under this Agreement are fit for a particular purpose. You acknowledge that you have exercised and relied upon your own skill in determining whether the Services provided under this Agreement meet your particular requirements, and that you have not relied on any statement or representation made on behalf of Visacorp.
6. Visacorp MATERIAL
Each part of the Visacorp Website and all communications from Visacorp as part of the Service(s) ("Visacorp MATERIAL") are protected by copyright unless otherwise indicated. Visacorp reserves all rights. You agree not to copy, reproduce, alter, adapt, modify, translate, create relative works, transmit, storing electronic or other media or otherwise deal with the Visacorp MATERIAL, including each part of the Visacorp MATERIAL, except where expressly permitted to do so by Visacorp. Client download and/or printing of material for personal use is deemed a permitted use.
7. SYSTEM INTEGRITY
The Client agrees not to interfere with the proper working of the Visacorp Website. The Client agrees not to do anything that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Website infrastructure.
8. YOUR PRIVACY
In this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires references to clauses are to clauses of this Agreement, the singular includes the plural and vice versa, where any word or phrase is defined, any other part of speech or oth
